Global Question

General information about your visit, scheduling, membership, policies, and how we support your overall experience.

We specialize in therapeutic bodywork rooted in expertise in Anatomy, Physiology, and Kinesiology. We focus on diagnosing and treating the root cause of chronic pain and dysfunction, rather than just providing general relaxation. Every session is intentional and tailored for lasting results.

We guide you based on your concerns—pain relief, recovery, stress, mobility, or chronic tension—to match you with the best session.

Yes, arriving 5–10 minutes early helps you settle in, complete any forms, and start your session on time.

Please wear comfortable clothing. We recommend arriving 5–10 minutes early to complete any remaining forms. Most importantly, drink plenty of water beforehand, and be prepared to discuss your health history, pain levels, and specific goals honestly.

You may feel firm pressure, especially during deep tissue or recovery work, but we always stay within your comfort threshold.

Yes — all therapists are trained, certified, and skilled in therapeutic, recovery-focused techniques.

We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellation or rescheduling. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the service cost. No-shows will be charged the full price of the session.

All appointments must be booked online through our secure scheduling platform, MassageBook. Please click the “BOOK NOW” button on the Services page to view real-time availability and select your session and time.

No. Stone Therapeutic is a private practice dedicated to focused, uninterrupted client care. All sessions are by appointment only.

This depends entirely on your goals. For chronic pain or structural issues, we typically recommend more frequent initial sessions (e.g., weekly or bi-weekly). For maintenance and stress relief, monthly is often sufficient. We will discuss a personalized treatment plan during your first visit.

Service Question

Deep Tissue focuses on breaking down knots and chronic tension. Sports Massage includes recovery work, mobility techniques, and assisted stretching for active bodies.

Cupping helps release muscle tightness, improve circulation, reduce inflammation, and speed up recovery—especially for athletes or chronic pain areas.

It can leave circular marks that fade within a few days. These marks are normal and part of the healing process.

Your therapist uses controlled techniques to improve flexibility, release tight muscles, and increase your range of motion.

Full-body aromatherapy blends essential oils with a carrier medium like lotion or oil and is applied directly to the skin during massage. This allows the body to benefit through both absorption and scent. Inhalation aromatherapy is strictly smell-based, using diffusers or direct inhalation with no physical application. It focuses solely on the therapeutic effects of breathing in the aroma.

Muscle tension, stiffness, back pain, neck pain, headaches, stress, limited mobility, sports fatigue, and general body discomfort.

Hot stones are safe for most people, but not recommended for those sensitive to heat, pregnant clients, or anyone with certain medical conditions.

Yes! You can add stretching, cupping, aromatherapy, or hot stones to customize your session for your specific needs.

No. While we specialize in targeted therapeutic work (including deep tissue and sports massage), we also offer Therapeutic Relaxation. This session is designed to calm the nervous system and manage stress while still applying knowledgeable, effective techniques.
